Situated in one of Ventnor's main residential areas. Dating back to 1860, the property has recently been sympathetically and tastefully modernised to a high standard providing all home comforts, a real 'Home away from Home'. An ideal base for the smaller family.	Ventnor town centre with its variety of small shops and eating places is a five minute walk away, the main beach a further five minutes walk. The picturesque village of Bonchurch is a leisurely stroll away. The front door is accessed through a pretty, shared courtyard; the rear garden has two terraced patios, the ideal viewing spot for the 'Round the Island Yacht Race' usually held in June. There is a small lower garden reached by wooden steps.

On the Ground Floor:
The Kitchen: Modern fitted Madison floor and wall units, four ring electric cooker with extractor fan, refrigerator with small ice box, automatic washer/dryer, microwave, and a wall fan heater.
	The Lounge: Easy seating, satellite television, DVD, radio cassette and storage radiator. Enclosed porch leading to the rear garden patio with table and chairs. Sea views.
The Dining Room: Bright comfortable room with dining table and chairs, easy chair, chest of drawers, storage radiator.
On the First Floor:
	Bedroom 1: Double bed, with fitted wardrobe, pine wardrobe and side cabinets, airing cupboard, hairdryer provided. Wonderful sea views.
Bedroom 2: Full size bunk beds with pine wardrobe and side cabinet.
	The Bathroom: Bath with wall shower over, hand basin, W.C. Heated towel rail, wall fan heater, and shaver point.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided at no extra cost. Towels are not provided but can be hired. All electricity for heating, cooking and hot water provided at no extra cost. The owners request that visitors do not smoke inside the property. Space is available for your own travel cot. Pets are not permitted. A telephone is available for incoming calls only. On street parking.
The cottage is available throughout the year. Normally let Friday to Friday, vacation by 10am, occupation from 3pm Three day breaks are also available. 4 + (1 on fold away bed) people can be accommodated. Prices from £300 to £795 per week.
